rrtopup Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you read and interpret the rules that govern your use of the rrtopup platform clearly and accurately.

References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to the rrtopup platform operator. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on rrtopup, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of rrtopup or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You do not already hold an existing rrtopup account (duplicate accounts are prohibited).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rrtopup or had an account closed for breach of these terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

rrtopup reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents for identity verification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required prior to processing withdrawals.

If rrtopup has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any deposits will be returned where technically feasible, and all winnings will be voided regardless of the games played or bets placed. rrtopup takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory enquiry in this area.

Players from Bangladesh are welcome on rrtopup. Players who are physically located in a territory where online gambling is restricted are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws. rrtopup does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify their local legal position before registering.

Each Player may register only one account on rrtopup. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You must also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. rrtopup will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must never share your login details with any other person.

Any activity conducted through your rrtopup account — whether or not it was authorised by you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rrtopup support immediately at support@rrtopup so that the account can be secured.

rrtopup reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where:

• The registration information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing Player account.
• The account is used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.
• The account belongs to a Player who has been self-excluded and attempts to re-register.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. Any outstanding bonus funds will be voided upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

rrtopup processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status. Players are encouraged to check the current deposit and withdrawal limits within their account dashboard before initiating a transaction.

• Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, deposits are typically reflected within 15 minutes. If a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, the Player should contact support with the relevant transaction reference.
• Withdrawals are processed within the time frames specific to each payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal verification may require the Player to provide documentation confirming their identity and the ownership of the payment method used to deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

rrtopup does not accept deposits made from payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments — where the depositing account holder is not the same person as the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

rrtopup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system maintenance windows. If you experience a payment issue, please contact our support team at support@rrtopup with your account ID and transaction reference.

rrtopup offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on rrtopup unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms. rrtopup reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or geographic region.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• rrtopup reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not reduce the rights of Players who have already accepted the promotion and begun wagering.
• Bonus winnings in excess of a stated maximum withdrawal cap may be subject to forfeiture. Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may contact support to opt out of all promotional offers. A bonus-free account will not have bonus terms applied to deposits, but will also not be eligible for any promotional incentives unless the opt-out preference is reversed by the Player.

All casino games available on rrtopup — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and fishing games — are supplied by third-party Game Providers and are governed first by those providers' certified game rules, and second by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a Game Provider's rules and these terms, the Game Provider's rules take precedence in respect of in-game mechanics, payouts, and RNG outcomes.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on rrtopup, are governed by the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. Players are responsible for reading the applicable betting rules before placing a wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed in the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, voided, or modified by the Player after placement, except where the platform offers a designated cash-out or bet-edit feature on a specific market, in which case the conditions of that feature apply.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the game interface or market listing and may vary by game, market, and Player account tier.
• Malfunction voids play. In the event of a game or system malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — rrtopup reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. No additional claims for winnings will be entertained in connection with a malfunction.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at rrtopup's discretion, particularly in response to live match events such as wickets, goals, red cards, or other significant outcomes that affect market pricing.
• RNG certification: All slot and table game outcomes on rrtopup are determined by certified Random Number Generators operated by the respective Game Providers. The platform does not interfere with game outcomes and has no ability to alter RNG results.

rrtopup reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any game or betting market at any time for maintenance, technical, or commercial reasons without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rrtopup. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — rrtopup may take action in respect of any conduct it deems harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play, even if not explicitly listed below:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, macros, or any software that places bets or interacts with games without genuine human input.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform errors to generate winnings beyond normal game mechanics. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, in violation of the spirit of individual promotion terms.
• Using the rrtopup platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. rrtopup complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation during the verification process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communication directed at rrtopup support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or any part of the rrtopup platform, without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrtopup and its operators, directors, employees, partners, and Game Providers shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the rrtopup platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, betting results, or technical malfunctions.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including mobile wallet operators.
• Errors in game information, odds, or market data that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

rrtopup provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform availability, accuracy of game information, or the suitability of any game or betting market for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

rrtopup reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of rrtopup following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
